Summary	0007242: Remove profile_id From mantis_bug_table
Description	I don't feel that this field provides any benefit or usefulness. It is redundant of the data that is stored in the fields os, os_build, platform, etc. If a user changes their profile, you would not want the bugs that had been previously entered with the old profile to be updated as well.
