Summary	0004300: Doc files not accessible through SSL terminated load balancer.
Description	When trying to view/download any documentation files from a Mantis server that is behing an SSL terminating BigIP from F5 Networks, an error occurs (see attached screenshot). The web browser (IE 6.0) can't seem to pull up the file.
Additional Information	A few notes: The rest of the Mantis system seems to work fine behind the BigIP. I know F5 BigIP's are not easy to come by. If no Mantis developers have access to one, I would be glad to assist in sending any debug information or help out in any way that I can. Strangely enough, if I access the site through Konquerer (KDE 3.2.2 and Konquerer 3.2.2), it works fine. I have not tried Netscape/Mozilla nor Opera.

jlatour 2004-08-09 16:30 reporter ~0006892	I think this is the same issue as with 0003553, which was fixed in 0.19.0a1. Can you test with one of the 0.19.0 alphas?

ptavares 2004-08-09 16:57 reporter ~0006895	I examined issue 0003553 and came to the same conclusion... these issues are identical. Since I could not install the latest full release of Mantis (this is a prod environment), I manually applied the mantis.diff file that was attached to issue 0003553. The issue has now been resolved. Thanks for the help, you may close this issue and set it as a duplicate of 0003553.

When I took the screen capture, I forgot to cover up some personal information. If you would like a new jpeg to attach to this file for documentation trail purposes, I can provide you with a "clean" screen shot.
