Summary0004498: Swedish translation updated for 0.19.0rc1
Description

There were a lot of strings in the swedish translation that hadn't been translated and there were also a lot of strings that still used "bug" instead of "issue".

  • Translated all strings that hadn't been translated.
  • Changed so that "ärende" (for issue) was used instead of "bugg" (for bug).
  • Fixed some spelling errors.

Also changed so that Latin-1 is used instead of Latin-9 since it resulted in that all emails (at least for us) was recieved with errors that the charset wasn't supported. The only difference between Latin-1 and Latin-9 is the support for the € (euro sign) in Latin-9. I agree in theory that it would be better to use Latin-9, but since it resulted in the "bad" emails, I think that it isn't worth it. And since sweden doesn't use the euro (the swedish people voted against it) then it probably doesn't matter to much if there is support or not for the euro sign in the swedish translation.

Uploaded new version since my translation of "Change Log" was really lame. Now using "Versionshistoria" for "Change Log".

By the way, I tried to delete the old attachment but after pressing delete, I got access denied. Is that right?
