Summary0005017: Problems with sign-up page
Description

I have 2 instances of Mantis upon which users can create an account. The only difference between the 2 servers is that one is not having GD installed.
If users try to create an account on that server, the sign-up page automatically proceeds again to the login page.
Setting signup_use_captcha=OFF does not help either in that case.

What am I missing here ?

It's bug we fixed a couple a days ago in 0004995. Please update your installation.
