Summary	0005136: Can't sign up because user needs to be logged in
Description	When a new user wants to goto mantis, he needs an account. This account is created by clicking on the "Signup for a new account" link in the login_page.php. When clicking on this page, the following url is loaded: .../mantis/login_page.php?return=%2Fmantis%2Fsignup_page.php It requires the new user to be logged in when signing up for a new account. This is kind of weird and not wanted.
Additional Information	in the configuration the following setting is applied: allow_signup = ON
