Description

User can see and open all the docs of the projects include in Mantis.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Select All projects in select box on the Top off screen
2- Go to Docs link

You can see all doc include in Mantis, and not only the docs who user have Acces.

Additional Information

I've just try with "Reporter" level

It looks like the document view does not account for project access levels.

Fixed in CVS. Only documents from projects where user has access rights are shown.
