Summary	0006583: URL handling is broken.
Description	The system views the first upper-case character in a URL as the end of the URL. It should read the entire URL, including the query string, if any, and make that a link. Example URL is http://www.staffasap.com/emailView.php?eid=5567 -- it stops treating it as a URL at the "V" in emailView.php.
