Summary | 0006587: Files uploaded do not appear in project documentation
Description | Uploaded five documents to three different projects. No errors were displayed however, only one of the files appears in the project documentation page. The one file that displays was the first one uploaded. The project that "works" only has one file associated with it.
Additional Information | In the database there are five records, one for each file uploaded. Of the five, two reference one project, each of the other reference others projects. Project ids are valid and refer to the correct row in the project table. Config_inc.php sets to upload store as DATABASE. The tool "myPHPadmin" reports the expected number of rows in the project file table. File names, titles and descriptions are present. "id" are all unique. The blobs have a size that appear correct. The first file uploaded was a .pdf, and there is a mix of file types. System in SME Server 6.0.1-01, updated. Source for the upload files is a system running MacOS X 10.4.4.

What are your settings for $g_view_proj_doc_threshold and $g_upload_project_file_threshold? This description sounds like the former is set too high. |

After posting I realized and verified that this is the same as issues 6585. When log on as a non-admin level user, I can see all the documents. Log in as admin and no documents appear. Thanks for the response. |
