By "notice" to you mean "note"? A bug note?

I just created a note in this bug and then deleted it. It was successful.

However, after telling me it was successful, it redirected me to this URL, which is clearly wrong:

And it said:

APPLICATION ERROR # 203

A number was expected for id.

Could this be related to bug 0007051?

The behavior I was observing is definitely 0007088. But I don't know if the behavior I'm observing is the same as that of the original reporter.

Yes, I mean 0007088 - it`s resolved with the changes in 0007055 as I wrote in my other ticket 0007073.
