Summary0007237: editing notes causes error
Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open a bug record.
  2. Edit a note in the bug.
  3. Confirm changes.
  4. Mantis will display a successful application of changes.
  5. Wait for page to refresh to display bug record.

Results:
"APPLICATION ERROR 203
A number was expected for id.

Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section."

Expected:
Bug record will be displayed as expected.

NOTE: This seems to only occur when editting a Note.

let me add this note to see if it happens here, too
Having added the note, I try to edit it.

The note gets edited but the error message appears.
And it happens on this bugbase, too.
