Summary	0007615: Cannot sort issues
Description	When I view the issues, I cannot sort the columns. Regardless of whether I go to: view_all_set.php?sort=last_updated&dir=DESC&type=2 OR view_all_set.php?sort=last_updated&dir=ASC&type=2 It always takes me to view_all_bug_page.php, and the column hasn't reordered at all. Dates APPEAR to be shown in ascending order.
