Description

Quotes and ampersands in issues titles are shown as " and & in relationships list.

Very similar to issue 0004611 (sorry, can't add relationship myself).

I've been able to reproduce this using the CVS version I obtained yesterday.

As far as I can see, the call to string_attribute() in line 569 of core/relationship_api.php (CVS) should be removed. I've verified that escaping takes place elsewhere. (To tell the truth, I haven't managed to find out exactly where :-))
